Cure Natural Aqua Gel Review

Hi loves!=)
So this week's review is Japan's No.1 Bestselling Exfoliator!!!!!

I went into Sasa one day to buy an exfoliator because I wanna try different types of exfoliator. Those scrubs and exfoliators that I normally use and bought from the drugstore are those with scrubby beads in it UNTIL I tried the 'Ginvera Green Tea Whitening Marvel Gel'. OMG! I love it so much! And apparently this exfoliator is the same type as the Ginvera one so I bought it. It's definitely way more expensive than the Ginvera one. But hey, since it claims to be Japan's No.1 Bestselling Exfoliator, it must did a good job at exfoliating that's why people like it which makes me have higher expectations on it as well.

Claims:
Gently remove layers of dry, dead or rough skin to obtain clear, firm and ideal skin. Activated hydrogen used. Rinse type. No fragrance, no colour, no preservatives. Made of 90% water.

Ingredients:
Water, Glycerin, Acrylates/c10-30, Alkylacrylate Crosspolymer, Dicocodimonium, Chloride, Steartrimonium Bromide, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Extract, Gingko Biloba Extract Rosmarinus Officinalis (Rosemary) Leaf Extract, Butylene Glycol.

Skin type: All skin types

Rate: 8/10

Came with a stopper.
Stopper makes it travel-friendly.

Consistency/texture: clear liquid gel

Smell/scent: no scent

Feel: skin feels super silky smooth after exfoliating. (but personally I think the smoothness is a bit fake because the smoothness disappears after 5 minutes)

Application/how to use:
  1. Wash face thoroughly with soap and water. Dry face well.
  2. Pump nozzle 3 to 5 times to obtain an appropriate amount of gel on your hand. Apply gel to skin on face, neck or other areas that are dry and rough. Applying gel to only a part of your face is also effective.
  3. Gently massage your face till the gel turns white (do not rub skin too hard). Rinse well after you removed the dead skins.
  4. After rinsing, use lotion or skin cream that you normally use.
  5. For best results, apply this exfoliator twice a week.

How often do you use: twice a week

Packaging: travel-friendly. 250ml. appreciate the pump a lot

Whole product lasted how long: AGES! been using for half a year now and it's still going on strong! I still have half a bottle.

Would you recommend to others: yes

Personal experience using it: I would say a little of this exfoliator goes a long way. I normally use 3 pumps for my entire face. I don't pump 3 times straight away, I pump the first time for my forehead, after I finish my forehead, then I pump second time for my nose and chin, then the third time for my cheeks. I do it separately because this product dries really fast so I find that by doing it part by part is better. You don't have to rub hard at all. Unlike other scrubs this exfoliator does not have scrubby beads, it comes out like a gel then you gently rub your face with the gel in circular motions, you can see all the beads kinda thing appear on your face just like the picture above. If you haven't been exfoliating for a long time, you can see a lot of those beads thing on your face the longer you exfoliate. Give it a good 2-3 minutes to exfoliate. But it doesn't clear your blackhead so just keep in mind that this exfoliator only slough away dead skin but not blackheads.

Would you repurchase: maybe, because I still prefer the Ginvera exfoliator.

Product value/price: RM125 (it is a value pack with some other samples so it might be slightly more expensive)

Where I bought mine: Sasa Malaysia store
