Ingredients:
1. 雪耳/白木耳 Snow fungus/white fungus
2. 龙眼 Longan
3. 红枣 Chinese red dates
4. 枸杞 Goji berries
5. 冰糖 Rock sugar
准备雪耳/白木耳的分量依照个人的喜爱。我个人比较爱吃雪耳/白木耳,所以放了较多。
Prepare snow fungus/white fungus according to one's liking. I personally love them so I put a lot.
准备适量的龙眼,红枣,和枸杞。
Prepare proper amount of longan, red dates, and chinese goji berries.
先把雪耳/白木耳浸泡在水里,换水数次,直到水不黄为止。
Soak snow fungus/white fungus in water. Change water frequently and soak them till the water is not yellow anymore.
浸泡在水里了的雪耳/白木耳会是软的。
Snow fungus/white fungus will turn soft after soaking in water for a period of time.
将雪耳/白木耳剪成小块。
Cut the snow fungus/white fungus into small pieces.
把全部材料放入锅里。水的分量依照个人喜爱。如果比较爱浓点那就少放点水。用中火煮个半小时。
Put all the ingredients into a pot. Fill the pot with water. If you like thicker consistency then put less water. Use medium heat to cook for another half an hour.
放入适量冰糖再滚个15分钟。
Put right amount of rock sugar and let the soup boiled for another 15 minutes.
Ta-da 这就是完成品。非常好吃!赞!
