Hellooooo!=)
So this week's review is all about this moisturiser from 'Vichy'.
So this week's review is all about this moisturiser from 'Vichy'.
'Vichy' is very known for its skincare products.
They do have makeup products as well but I've never try any of them before.
I've known them for their 'Aqualia Thermal Serum' which is another product that I'm still trying out.
So the blog post of it will be up as soon as possible.
They have skincare products for different skin types so I'm sure you will get to find something from them if you really wanna try their products.
Let's see what it claims:
Sensitive skin needs optimal hydration to allow the skin to undergo its natural repair process. Enriched with Vichy Thermal Spa Water and Hyaluronic Acid, Aqualia Thermal Light provides continuous hydration, for up to 48 hours intense comfort and protection against daily aggressions. Light in texture for normal to combination skin, it helps to reinforce the skin's moisture barrier, leaving you with healthy, soft-feeling and more beautiful looking skin. Also available in a 40ml tube.
Rate: 7/10
It has gel-cream consistency and through the picture above, it seems pretty creamy.
I must say when I first opened it, I was like 'Oh no, this is thick and my skin won't like it'.
But gurl, don't judge a book by its cover.
You just need a bit for your entire face.
At first, I slather too much on and I don't really like it but then after using it for a while, I finally know how to use it in the proper way.
I use a bit for day time and for night time, I put a bit more on so that my skin can drink up all the hydration it needs.
And my skin has never been happier=)
There are 2 versions of this moisturiser.
There is a rich version for dryer skin and the one I bought is the light version which is for combination skin.
It doesn't cause breakouts which is amazing because I hate products that breaks me out.
It has a strong fragrance which is what pulls me back in repurchasing it.
I don't think the strong fragrance is necessary.
I find that all 'Vichy' products have very strong fragrance.
I would recommend for every skin types except sensitive skin because of the fragrance.
If you have dry skin then get the rich version.
If you have combination skin like me then get the light version.
If your skin is sensitive to fragrance, then stay away.
It lasted for about 3 months and keep in mind I use it day and night.
Packaging wise, I don't really like it because it's heavy and not travel-friendly at all because it's glass.
It is pretty expensive as all of 'Vichy' products are pretty expensive.
