1. Apply juice of peppermint leaves on face before sleeping and wash off in the morning. Pimples, freckles and black shadows will disappear in few days.

2. To lighten dark circles under your eyes, wrap a grated raw potato in cheesecloth and apply to eyelids for 15-20 minutes. Wipe off residue and apply an eye cream.

3.If you're allergic to any moisturizer, apply a mashed banana mixed with cream and honey to keep your skin well hydrated. Rinse after 15 minutes.

4. Mix oatmeal with curd and tomato juice and apply on the face. Keep it on for 20 minutes and then wash it off with cold water. Helps to remove the tan and lightens skin.

5. Mix 1 teaspoon of milk powder, 1 teaspoon of honey, 1 teaspoon of lemon juice, and half a teaspoon of almond oil. Apply on face and wash off after 10-15 minutes. This pack helps bring shine to the skin and also removes tan.

6. Take equal quantities of turmeric powder and wheat flour and make a paste with sesame oil. Apply it to the face to remove unwanted hair.

7. Tomato is known to obliterate blackheads. Rub a tomato slice over the corner of the nose and other areas prone to blackheads.

8. To combat greasy skin, make a paste of lettuce leaf, a small rose and lime juice. Apply over the face and keep it on for 15 minutes, before rinsing off.

9. Mix honey, lemon and organic coconut oil for a great homemade moisturizer for your dry skin. Apply this concoction for 10 minutes.

10. Prepare mixture of oatmeal and egg white, apply this paste on oily skin and wash after 20 minutes.

11. For making hands softer, put them in whole milk for 5-10 minutes before beginning your manicure.

12. Apply a grated raw potato as a mask by rubbing the potato on your skin. Leave the mask on for 30 minutes and then rinse off with water. Help absorb excess oil in your face and also helps to avoid wrinkles.

13. To get a good glowing skin, mix fresh tomato juice with few drops of honey. Gently apply this mixture on the sun-exposed areas such as face, neck, etc. Wash it off with cold water after few minutes. Do it twice in a week to get smooth skin.

14. Make a paste of raw carrots and apply it to the face. Wash it after 1 hour. The skin will become glowing.

15. Apply ripe tomato or cucumber pulp on acne or pimples and keep up to 1 hour, then wash.
