Eye Makeup Tips #2

1. If you have small eyes, use only light colored eye shadows, and use no more than 2 shades at once.

2. Eyeliner and full eyelashes can help make your eyes look bigger and more appealing.

3. If you have blue eyes, use taupe, gray, violet, purple or deep blue eye shadow.

4. If you have green or hazel eyes, use brown, apricot, purple, plum, deep khaki or forest green eyeshadow.

5. If you have brwn eyes, use copper, bronze or brown eyeshadow.

6. A smoky violet pencil looks best if you have green eyes. Green and violet are opposite, and so they look great together.

7. Do not apply your eyeliner in a thick line. It makes your eye look puffy, heavy and tired.

8. Water-soluble mascaras are lighter and easier to remove, but won't hold up to humidity. If you live in a humid area, buy waterproof mascara.

9. Wide-set eyes can be brought closer by accentuating the inner corner, using dark eye shadow between your eyes and the bridge of your nose.

10. Dramatic look: simply apply a coat of volumizing mascara, and then follow by a coat of lengthening mascara on the tips.

11. Deep-set eyes can be made prominent by applying a pale shade of eye shadow over your lid and darker shadow under your brow.

12. Liquid eyeliner should only be used above your top lashes. Use a pencil or eyeshadow under your lower lashes.

13. With a fluffy blending brush apply your crease color on the outer corners of your eye and blend inwards.
