So today's review is a hand cream from 'Caudalie'.
So today's review is a hand cream from 'Caudalie'.
I bought a gift set from 'Caudalie' and it came with a shower gel, perfume and hand cream (shown in the picture above). I got attracted to this gift set because of the perfume. I smelled it in a local beauty store and I fell in love with it. I didn't buy it straight away because I know I fell in love with scents very easily so I want to make sure that I really like it. I went home and I was missing the scent for an entire week so I eventually gave up and ordered it online through feelunique.com. It's my favorite website to shop online because they always have sales on!

Consistency/texture: cream
Smell/scent: very strong floral fragrance (same as their rose fragrance perfume but a lot stronger!)
Feel: lightweight and moisturising
Application/how to use: re-apply as often as needed
How often do you use: whenever my hands feel dry and tight and especially after washing my hands
Packaging: same as Loccitane and The Body Shop hand creams. I'm not a fan of this kind of packaging.
Sizes: not sure but the one in this gift set is 30ml
Whole product lasted how long: 1 month of constantly re-applying it throughout the day
Product life span: 12 months
Would you recommend to others: not really
Personal experience using it: I personally would not run out and purchase this full size or even recommend it to a friend or anyone. I don't like the overpowering rose fragrance scent. It is just way way too much for me. Even the actual perfume doesn't smell as strong as this hand cream does. It is very lightweight and does moisturise my hands well but I have eczema on my fingers so I personally think that the moisture it gave is not enough for my dry hands. It's not a bad hand cream but if they would make the scent less stronger then it would be better. It absorbs into your skin very fast so you can continue to do your things immediately after applying this hand cream. As for the nails, I don't see any difference or improvement whatsoever.
Would you repurchase: no

Apply a small amount of balm to the back of the hand and smooth the texture over the entire hand, nails and cuticles. Massage in until fully absorbed. Use this balm daily, as often as necessary throughout the day.
