John Frieda Frizz Ease Heat Defeat Protecting Spray Review

Hello guys!=)
So today's review is a hair care product from 'John Frieda'.

I'm a person who doesn't like to mess with my hair a.k.a lazy to do the entire hair care routine. I personally think simple is the best when it comes to everything especially hair, body and skin. So when I'm in the shower, I only use shampoo. I do not use any conditioner or hair mask at all. Out of the shower, I use detangler and hair oil and that's it for my hair. So you must be thinking why do I buy this then? I bought this because I was buying a detangler and hair oil in Boots and they were doing 3 for 2 for all hair care products so I was kinda forced to pick one extra item. I don't really style my hair except blow drying them. But I've always wanted to try heat protectant spray so I just randomly pick one as the free item. So that's the story of how I got this. Oh! They came out with a new packaging so it looks a lot different than the one shown in this post. I'm not sure if they have change any of the ingredients though.

Guard your hair from damaging heat styling tools with this protective spray and prep your hair for a beautiful smooth style. With ThermaGuard Complex, jojoba oil and humectants, this formula replenishes hair and leaves it moisturised and smooth. Helps seal and prevent breakage.

Packaging: great packaging! Very safe and secure for travelling.

Would you recommend to others: no

Personal experience using it: after using this product for 3 months, I still don't see any difference with my hair. My hair is not worse but it's not any better. So to me, it's a waste of money. But I really like the packaging which it has a trigger to lock the product so it is very safe to travel with it. It sprays very evenly and finely mist but the spray nozzle has a huge problem. Every time I spray 5 spritz, I have to let it "rest" for 5 minutes especially when the product reaches 1/4 left, it's even harder to get the product out. So I really think that they should work out their spray nozzle.

Would you repurchase: no

Product value/price: €7.99

Where I bought mine: local Boots store
