So this week's review is a site review!=)

Before I get started on the haul & review, I am not affiliate with any the links provided in this blog post and I bought all these things using my own money and I found this website all by myself as well.

All the things I bought are SHEET MASKS because I ran out of mine and I need to re-stock them so I made this order.

They are extremely generous when it comes to free samples. They even gave me a free full size sheet mask! I'm not sure if my samples were worth $10 with 7 samples sachets and 1 full size sheet mask, I think it's worth $10? Or almost I guess?

Okay, so there's a little bit of story behind this. When I received my package, I didn't think too much at all. I was super happy after waiting for a month, finally they came. I was just looking at the sheet masks I bought and I saw 2 sheet masks that were particularly wrinkly, packaging wise. If you scroll down a little and you will see I bought the 'Tony Moly Makgeolli Sheet Mask' and look at the left 2 sheet masks in that picture and you will know what I meant by wrinkly. So I immediately check the expiry date to see if it has expired and to my amazed, I thought they were. So I checked all of the sheet masks' expiry dates and 5 of them different ones including these eye mask sheets were expired. So I emailed them and sent the pictures to them, their customer service is great I would say. It was my mistake that it is manufactured date not expiry date so basically there were nothing wrong with them except the ones in the above picture. I googled and Google told me that sheet masks can only have a year of shelf life. Obviously not after you opened them because you have to use them immediately once you opened. So it's 2016 this year and the above eye mask sheets shown manufactured date in 2014. So it has long expired. And without any hesitation, they refunded me immediately. So I would say they have good customer service and the guy was really patient at explaining to me about the manufactured date because I couldn't read Korean and everything is in Korean. So just to warn you guys, REMEMBER TO CHECK THE EXPIRY DATES NO MATTER IT IS A SKINCARE OR COSMETIC PRODUCT.

You can tell I bought tons of sheet masks from different brand and for different purposes. I bought some for moisturising, soothing, blemishes, brightening, etc. I always love to have sheet masks for different purposes with me because no matter what my skin condition is, I still get to pamper myself at least once a week. 

But you probably will be wondering why I bought them in a bundle of 5 for each type? So what I like about this website is that they sell them in a bundle. You can buy them in 1, 5, 10, 15, 20, etc. But what I don't like is that they don't offer a variety bundle, meaning that for example, Innisfree sheet masks they have 16 different types. This website do not offer you to get the chance to try them all 16. You have to buy them separately piece by piece which is not worth the money at all. If you want to try all of them then I suggest to go to Innisfree own website, they have deals all the time and it's way better deal. So that is one thing I do not like about what they offer. Which is why I bought them in a bundle of 5 because after some calculation, I find that you'll get at least about $0.50 off if you get it in a bundle. The more you get the better deal it is. It's probably a good website for retailers who wants a site to get stock from.

Service:

My package took a whole month to arrive after they shipped my package out. They are based in Korea so shipping to different countries may take different time. They have days estimation on their website so you can see which category of countries you are located in and predict how many days your package will arrive. They offer a full refund if your package does not delivered to you in 45 days. They take every responsibility for custom charges. I did not get any custom charges at all. If there is any fake product, they will give you triple the money back.

My last words if you want to make an order on this website. Always check the expiry date when you got your items! because some of my sheet masks are expiring in a month or two so just be careful.
