Vichy Aqualia Thermal Dynamic Hydration Serum Review

Hey friends on the internet!=)
So this week's review is all about this famous serum that was hyped-up by the beauty community last year.
When it first launched, every single person that has tried this serum said it's amazing and nobody dislike it.
I'm always honest about all these beauty products, if it works or does not works, you can easily tell by your skin changes.

First off, I'm gonna tell you guys what type of skin I have. I have dry, dehydrated, blemish-prone skin. My pores get clogged up very easily, hence the breakouts and pimples all popped up. I get bumps underneath my skin quite often as well. I've never really had clear skin since I've hit puberty. There's always uninvited pimples/breakouts/bumps on my face. I never invited them to come party on my face.

Claims:
Intensive hydration to help soothe sensitive, dehydrated skin and restore its comfort. Concentrated with Thermal Spa Water and enriched with hyaluronic acid. Aqualia Thermal Serum soothes and helps protect the skin from daily aggressions. Skin is left intensely hydrated. Tested on sensitive skin under dermatological control. Hypoallergenic. No parabens.

Skin types: dehydrated, sensitive skin

Rate: 7/10

Consistency/texture: very watery liquid

Smell/scent: typical Vichy products scent (perfume-y scent)

Feel: lightweight on skin

Application/how to use: Apply a few drops of serum morning and/or evening to a cleansed face. Smooth gently all over the face. This product can be used on its own or before your daily moisturiser.

How often do you use: every night

Effectiveness: no noticeable results

Packaging: glass bottle which is a pretty bad idea even though it looks classic and nice-looking. But I dropped this bottle on marble floor once but luckily the glass bottle didn't broke but the pump broke and I couldn't pump the product out anymore. I literally have to scrap the product out every single time I use it and it's really annoying. So do not drop it, be careful!

Whole product lasted how long: 4 months for using it every night. But if you use it morning and night daily obviously it will finish faster. It has only 30ml of products in it and I find that it finishes really fast for some people. But for me, I only use a pump for my entire face so it lasted longer for me. Some people finishes a bottle a month so it really depends on how much and how frequent you use it.

Would you recommend to others: maybe

Personal experience using it: I really didn't notice any huge difference on my skin. It sinks into your skin really fast which is nice. But it's really expensive for a bottle of 30ml serum because if you run out of it every single month then it's really costly. I have nothing much to say for this product because I don't notice much difference. It's definitely not a life changing product. What I like about it is that it's a water-based serum. Very lightweight and provides moisture to the skin. I have lines on my forehead since I like to do a lot of facial expressions but it doesn't minimize the lines or make them less obvious or anything. They still look the same.

Would you repurchase: no

**Quick tip - if you are thinking of buying this serum, always buy it on discounted price. Do not ever buy any products in Boots in full price. There's always coupons and sales going on.
