Hi guys!=)
So today's review is about a drugstore shampoo.
So today's review is about a drugstore shampoo.
I rarely do shampoo reviews except if it's really good or really bad.
And I also know that most of the people doesn't really cares about shampoo.
We just buy what is on sale and suitable for our hair type and use it.
But I do also know some of you guys are pretty picky about shampoo.
I've tried 'Tresemme' shampoo before and this is my 2nd time repurchasing their shampoo but not the same one.
Previous review: Tresemme Moisture Rich Vitamin E Luxurious Moisture for Dry or Damaged Hair Shampoo
Let's see what it claims:
Formulated with organic extracts like aloe veera and avocado, your hair is incredibly soft and more manageable. Hypoallergenic, with lower sulphates, hydrates hair naturally. With no added colour and gentle enough to use on colour treated hair. Protects your hair from damage and breakage with naturally derived ingredients. Leaves hair looking shinier.
Rate: 4/10
To be honest, I don't like this shampoo.
BUT! I have reasons for not liking it.
Keep on reading and you'll find out=)

It does foams up like a normal shampoo does.
It came out like a gel so it's clear.
First let's talk about what I like about this shampoo. (not many though)
I like the scent of this shampoo.
It smells like artificial aloe vera scent but my roommate doesn't likes it because she said it smells like men's shampoo but I don't smell the difference.
Surprisingly, that's all I like about this shampoo.
One of the reason I dislike this shampoo is the packaging.
I dislike all the 'Tresemme' shampoo packaging.
Unfortunately, I don't have a picture here but basically, you need to press really hard to click open the lid.
Same as the 'Philosophy Purity Cleanser' but that one is way easier to click open.
I need to press so hard to open and normally while I'm in the shower, I want my shower to end as fast as possible so this wasted me for about a minute just to click open it.
I know I'm probably being too picky but this was what bugs me.
Next, me and roommate share this shampoo so we both agreed that this shampoo makes our scalp really itchy like we haven't shower but literally we just came out of the shower.
I'm 100% sure it's this shampoo causing our scalp to be itchy because now I've switched to other shampoo and no scalp itchiness anymore.
Probably because it's too gentle and doesn't clean my hair that well which makes my scalp itchy because the previous 'Tresemme' shampoo that I've tried doesn't makes my scalp itchy.
Lastly, it dries out my hair but why?
It claims to have lower sulphates but why does it dries out my hair?
I've tried so many shampoos and the first shampoo that dries out my hair is the 'Herbal Essences' shampoo which since that experience onwards, I stay away from all of their products because my hair literally feels like hay.
You know HAY?
The food that horses eat.
Yes! Hay!
And the second shampoo I've tried that dries out my hair is this shampoo.
I have dry and damaged hair so probably if you have the same hair type as me then stay away.
I think this shampoo is launched this year if I'm not wrong.
It is really cheap, price wise for a 750ml bottle of shampoo and can lasts you for at least half a year.
But personally, I don't recommend this shampoo for those who have dry hair.
