Michael Todd Hydration Boost Facial Serum Review

So today's review is a 'Michael Todd' product!!!!=)
This is my first time trying Michael Todd product so if you wanna see how was it then keep on reading;)

I bought a set of skincare regimen from their website for a reasonable price because I find that purchasing the whole set compared to purchasing individual items, the skincare set has better price because they often give at least 40% discounts.
So I bought the set for dry skin and this was included in the set.
This was also the first item that I used up and it was surprisingly so fast because it's only been a month and it has been used up.
I use it like normal, day and night and they claimed that the whole set will last you for at least 3 months so I was actually quite surprised since it is full-size.

Anyway, let's see what it claims:
Made with organic ingredients, Hydration Boost contains neem oil and black willow tree extract to restore the skin's optimal moisture balance, recognized for thousands of years for their healing properties, in a base of cupuacu butter and healing organic aloe vera juice to help strengthen the skin's moisture barrier. Added Blue Green Algae and Hyaluronic acid work to retain moisture and DMAE reduces the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Penetrates quickly to soothe and add moisture back to dry, dehydrated and irritated skin. Skin is left feeling moist, smooth and younger looking all day.

How to use:
Apply 2-3 drops to skin of the face, neck and decollete all over or where needed. For best results, use after facial cleanser and toner. May be followed with moisturizer or can be added to moisturizer to save time while reaping the benefits of the serum's properties. Allow for absorption before applying makeup.

To be honest, at first I actually don't like this product but after using it for a few times, I fell in love with this product!=)

But while I was still in the moment of enjoying this product, it ran out!

OMG! It ran out in just a month time!

When I bought this product which came in a skincare set, they(as mentioned above) actually said this whole set will last for at least 3 months!

I was actually quite sad and surprise when this serum ran out because I just started to like this product and BAAMMM! it ran out=(

So it has a very liquid-y and runny consistency.
It actually has kinda like small glitter specs in it which I'm pretty sure it's not glitter.
I'm not sure why they put it in this serum but I'm guessing maybe it will gives you glowy-looking skin?
It is very moisturizing and best of all, it sinks into my skin so quickly!=)
It claims to be suitable for all skin type and I do agree with that.
I do recommend you guys to let it absorb for around 1 to 2 minutes before you apply your moisturizer.
It has a lot of different types of oils in the ingredients list so maybe oily skin person won't dare to even buy it.
But I do recommend you guys(any skin type) to try this product because it keeps my skin super hydrated!=)
No matter you are oily, combo or dry, you definitely need a good, hydrating serum so this product is actually very nice.
Give it a go if you are able to splurge on any product since it's not really a cheap product=)
If you are thinking of trying it but still doubting whether is it really good or not, why not try the travel size?=)
