So today's makeup review is a lipstick from 'Rimmel'.
So today's makeup review is a lipstick from 'Rimmel'.
This is actually my first ever lipstick that I bought from 'Rimmel'.
I heard a lot of good reviews and raves about the Kate Moss line so I decided to pick up one and try it.
They also have the red packaging which actually gives you matte finish whereas the black packaging has the lasting finish power in it.
I think they are both quite similar but my lips are very dry so I didn't choose the red packaging lipstick.
Anyway, let's jump straight into the claims:
The 1st lipstick collection created by Kate Moss high intensity colour for up to 8 hours. Formula infused with Black Diamonds, reflects light like never before.
I heard a lot of good reviews and raves about the Kate Moss line so I decided to pick up one and try it.
They also have the red packaging which actually gives you matte finish whereas the black packaging has the lasting finish power in it.
I think they are both quite similar but my lips are very dry so I didn't choose the red packaging lipstick.
Anyway, let's jump straight into the claims:

They have 9 different shades for you to choose, ranging from light to deep dark colors.
I know my lip swatch above doesn't look attractive but I swear it's such a pretty my-lips-but-better color that everyone should own at least one.
It actually doesn't look pinkish pink or bright pink or light pink in real life, it is more to a everyday nude pink kinda color but it actually shows up different color with different lip undertone.
For my lips, I actually have quite pigmented rosey lips so this is a perfect my-lips-but-better color with probably just half a shade darker.
It is surprisingly very moisturising and I do recommend using it daily because it doesn't dries out your lips.
I hate drying lipstick so the ones that I recommend are usually moisturizing ones because I have super dry and chapped lips;)
The lasting power is okay but it does wears off a little once you ate food or drinks but it doesn't bothers me that much.
So if you are looking for a long-lasting lipstick then this is not the one for you.
But if you want a lipstick that is suitable for daily use and is moisturizing enough then this is the one you should go for!=)
Price wise, it's a drugstore product so it's definitely affordable.
