Hey pretties=)
So this week's makeup review is all about this lovely mascara from the lovely brand, 'Lancome'.
I bet most of you have definitely tried Lancome's mascara.
I'm still a newbie to try their mascara.
So this is the first mascara that I've tried from them.
The wand looks pretty cute=)
A cone-shaped type of mascara wand.
It is a wet mascara so make sure you rub off the excess mascara especially at the tip before applying it.
I received a sample size from a gift set so it's NOT the full size!
I'm actually very excited to share my experience with you guys about this mascara=)
So let's see what it claims:
Evenly coats lashes without weighing them down. A must-have mascara to create beautiful lashes that look extended and lifted. Sweep on using our cone shaped brush and watch your eyes transform into a dazzling wide-eyed look.
Best to use:
Apply your mascara from the base of your lashes working through to the tips, in zigzag movements, for maximum coverage.
I do like this mascara but unfortunately it's not my favorite or holy grail.
It does lengthens a tiny little bit but it does volumize my lashes.
It tends to clumps my lashes after 3 coats of applying it so be careful on that.
I find that it does flakes a little within the first two hours of application but after wiping the flakes off, it doesn't flakes anymore.
I have short stubby asian lashes that doesn't holds up well and this mascara doesn't hold curls well because I got it in the non-waterproof version.
Too bad it doesn't holds the curl, if not it'll be probably be one of my favorite mascara.
So I don't recommend this mascara for asian lashes.
Maybe you can try the waterproof version since mine is not.
If you have long, natural-curled lashes then I think this is perfect for you.
This is a high-end brand, of course the price will be higher.
I personally won't purchase the full-size mascara because I don't think it's worth for my short, stick-straight lashes.
