So today's post is another product from ELF (again).
I know I've been posting a lot of ELF makeup lately, it's because I wanted to review everything that I've bought in my ELF Haul for you guys so that you guys can get an idea of how the product looks like and also for advice.
I've done the ELF Mascara & Shadow Shield review, ELF Studio Conditioning Lip Balm SPF15 review, ELF Mineral Lipstick review and ELF Studio Matte Lip Colour.
Let's get started before I start rambling.
So I bought it in the shade 'Flirtatious'.
And I'm not really satisfied with the shade that I got.
If you look at the ELF website, it is supposed to be like a rosey pink but it turns out to be super pink!
Pinky shade is not what I would normally go for.
I normally go for either rosey pink or my-lips-but-better shade.
And did you guys notice that the back of my lipstick kinda melts?
I did not do that to my lipstick, I take good care of all my lipstick.
It came like that and I was surprised when I saw this lipstick.
Anyway, let's see what it claims:

First of all, I do not like this lipstick at all!
I'm so sorry because I know some of you guys rave about it but I just don't like it.
It has a wide range of colors but maybe I chose the wrong shade.
I know I'm constantly picking out the wrong shade and I know I'm bad at picking lipstick shade.
So, very sorry guys.
But I find this lipstick very drying on my lips guurrlll!!
It is a very pinky color as you can tell by the above picture.
It glides on okay, quite creamy but not super creamy.
You don't need a lot because a thin layer is enough.
Okay, I know in the above picture my lips are looking so good.
But honestly, it does NOT look good on me in real life!
It washes me out like crazy.
I have tan skin so it is kinda hard for me to find a pinky shade lipstick that suits my skin tone.
This doesn't suits my skin tone as well.
I look like a dead person instead of drop dead gorgeous.
Sad case.
I know it is super cheap (£1.50).
But seriously, it sinks into the lines on my lips.
If you have dry chappy lips then this is definitely not for you.
I know it is cheap but don't simply buy cheap makeup because if you end up disliking it then it will be a waste.
So yeah~think twice before you buy.
