Hey my lovely readers=)
How are you?=)
Today's review is about a high-end cleanser from the brand, 'Origins'.
Let's just jump straight in, shall we?=)
I bought this cleanser awhile back because my skin is changing from dry to combination oily/oily skin type.
So I needed a new cleanser and I found this on Boots.ie, it is very expensive for a cleanser but I really wanted something good and it's worth investing in good high-end skincare products so I bought it.
It is a very big tube and last me for ages!
Let's see what it claims:
When it comes to faces with dry and oily places, it takes a clever cleanser to balance the two. This gentle, frothy face wash carefully does both jobs without canceling each other out. Broad Leaf Kelp Extract discourages excess oil production, while Wheat Protein balances and protects dry prone zones. And Tourmaline actually makes water wetter to more easily disperse dirt and sebum down the drain. There's also aromatic Bergamot, Spearmint and Lavender to add pleasure to the process. Skin feels comfortably refreshed after cleansing, never tight, pulled or parched.
How to use:
Squeeze small amount into palm, add tepid water to lather. Swirl over skin, steering clear of eyes. Rinse thoroughly. Great for A.M. and P.M. cleansing.
Okay, I know showing you guys my hand with cleanser on is gross but I wanna show you how tiny amount of product you need to make it lather up.
You really need just a pea size amount of product then you are off to rub and lather it up.
This cleanser last me for ages, I've had this cleanser for around 3 months now and I only used up a quarter of it.
And FYI, I use this cleanser every night to cleanse my face.
So I can definitely say that it's worth investing in since it can last you for such a long time.
It is very thick and creamy and lathers up very easily.
This cleanser is suitable for all skin types but recommended for combination skin type.
It is a gentle cleanser so it won't strips off everything including good natural oils and those good stuff for your face and leave your face super dry.
I did feel a tiny little bit tight if I don't put on toner for around 10 minutes after washing my face because only my T-zone is oily but other parts are dry.
So I don't encourage you guys to wash your face and then leave it just like that because your skin will feel tighter and tighter.
Overall, it's a good cleanser but for the price, I personally won't repurchase it again and I'm sure the one that I currently own can last me for the whole entire year.
Even though I haven't finish using this cleanser and wrote this review, I have definitely developed my opinions for this cleanser and will never ever change.
Also, I got mine at the Boots website for €24.
It is definitely more pricey since it's a high-end cleanser.

Refresh: Hmm...not really
Rate: 7/10
It's not a bad cleanser as you can tell by my rating, but I just didn't find any special love for this cleanser.
Unlike my Liquid Neutrogena Pure Mild Facial Cleanser, this cleanser doesn't makes me feel very clean and fresh after washing my face with this cleanser.
But it still does the cleansing job.
