ELF Studio Conditioning Lip Balm SPF 15 Review

Hey my lovely readers=)
It's officially holiday season for me!=)
What about you guys?
Enjoying your holiday?
Well, today's review is gonna be another ELF product.
I mentioned it in my ELF Haul saying that I will do a separate review/post for each item I bought.
If you guys haven't read it, go read it!
I bought a lot of makeup!=)
Let's just get started before I start babbling on other stuff.

I got the color 'Peaceful Pink' because you guys know I'm a 'my lips but better' fan=)
I bought this because I wanted to try a lip balm with SPF and I wanted to try ELF lip balm for soooo long!
I've never tried any lip balm with SPF in it so this is a very good opportunity for me to try=)

Let's see what it claims:
With the ELF Conditioning Lip Balm, lips get treated to a sheer splash of color that's super smooth, velvety soft and non-sticky. Not only are these sheer, natural shades beautiful, they're also beneficial, with natural ingredients that condition dry, chapped lips including Vitamin A & E. SPF 15 to protect delicate lips against harmful sun damage.

How to use:
Apply to lips and blend in color before sun exposure and as often as desired.

Moisturize: No
Dry: Yes
Smooth: Yes
Soft: Yes
Non-sticky: Yes
Rate: 3/10

I have tried so many lip balms and this is the worst lip balm I've ever came across.
I know some of you like it but I don't.
I have naturally dry and chappy lips.
So testing lip balms on my lips is perfect because if I like it then everyone else would definitely love it.
This lip balm is even worst than the Burt's Bees lip balm that I'm currently using.
The Burt's Bees lip balm was okay but this is super bad!
I know ELF is very cheap and some of their products are really good but definitely not this one to me.

The pigmentation for this lip balm was okay.
Not super pigmented.
But I like sheer lip balm so it's fine for me.
It's a more pinky color lip balm and definitely the kind of 'my lips but better' color for my lips.

This is how it looks like on my lips.
Note: I wore my Burt's Bees lip balm underneath this lip balm!
Why would I do that since this is also a lip balm?
Because it's too drying on my lips!
I wore it once to school on its own and the moment I reached school, my lips were dry like hell!
I love the color and if I wear a thick layer of lip balm underneath then it will be okay.
I don't wanna waste this lip balm even though it's super cheap but hey, nobody wanna waste any products since some of the people out there can't even afford to buy them!
So I decided that I still will finish up this lip balm by topping it underneath a very thick layer of other lip balm.
I only wear this lip balm during daytime because it has SPF and you don't need SPF for night time when you are spending your time sleeping on your bed and snuggling in your blanket.
