Hey guys=)
Today's post is about a new moisturizer which I guess just launched not long ago by Clinique.
So I thought that maybe some of you guys are thinking of purchasing it or still debating since Boxing Day is coming.
So this post is gonna be helpful for you!=)
So I just got a sample size to try when I order a few Clinique products online at the Boots website.
I still decided to write this review because this tiny sample size is enough for me to developed my opinions for this product.
The sample size that I got is 15ml.
Let's see what it claims:
The moisture "drink" developed by Clinique's dermatologists to maintain optimal moisture balance for very dry skins, or skins dry in the cheeks, comfortable to oily in the T-zone. Softens, smooths, improves. The big plus: with a new complex, this formula strengthens skin'd own moisture barrier by 54%. More moisture stays in. Skin feels soft, springy. Has a glow.
Skin type: Very dry to dry combination
Moisturize: Absolutely!
Softens: Yes
Smooths: Yes
Rate: 7/10
So this is how the moisturizer looks like.
It is a little yellow and definitely not a thick lotion.
It is lightweight and I love it for my night time skincare routine.
You guys (probably) know that I love to try out sample products during night time and I added this moisturizer to my night time routine since October.
Finally, I developed my opinions for this moisturizer.
During Autumn, my skin was still oily because of Summer time.
I dislike this product at that time because it makes me even oilier.
But now, it's Winter and my skin is changing from oily to combination oily which my T-zone is super duper oily.
Even though this product is made for very dry to dry combination, I love love love this product for night time!
It doesn't makes me oily the next day I woke up and it makes my skin so soft and smooth!
Will I purchase the full-size?
No I won't for now because I still wanted to try out more.
I do highly recommend if you guys have dry skin.
It is really really good!=)
Unfortunately, it's considered as a high-end skincare product so if you don't have the budget to spend on moisturizer which is more than $20 then this is not for you.
