So if you guys still don't know what happened to my November Glossybox yet, then click the link below and it will direct you to my post saying all about what happen to my box.
So I just received an email from them and they told me that they no longer have any November Glossybox so they can either send a January 2013 box or credit 1000 dots to my account to be used for a free box when my subscription expires.
I admit that I'm a little piss off while I was writing my 'Where is my November Glossybox?' but after receiving this email and I do trust the Glossybox company, I'm not that piss off already.
Their customer service is absolutely great because they did let me choose and accepted what I chose.
So there will be no November Glossybox post just to let you guys know because I'm not getting one.
Kinda sad because I actually like my November Glossybox.
But anyway, I do hope that they will do what they said because I chose to credit 1000 dots to my account since I don't find the January 2013 box interesting so I hope they really do credit 1000 dots to my account.
If they don't, I probably will write any post about it but I do trust them so I'm assuming they will.
