Putting on weight even when watching what you eat?

Still struggling and frustrating about why are you still putting on weight even when watching what you eat?

Here are some bad habits which you might consider eliminating or changing them.

1. Sleep too little or too much!

Sleep for 5 hours or less will put on 2.5 times more belly fat than other people who sleep the average 6 to 7 hours per day. Sleep too much will cause your weight increase too!

2. Drinking soda!

Nowadays, people are obsessed in sodas. They treat soda as their water and drink a lot of cans and bottles a day. However, drinking 1 to 2 sodas per day can increase your chances of becoming obese by 33% and also diabetes! So think about the consequences before buying and drinking a soda.

3. Eat too quickly!

Okay guys, this is very important! Do not eat too quickly because you may gain weight! I know sometimes when you are rushing for school, you have to eat quickly and that's okay. But don't do that often because slow eaters consume 66 less calories per meal than people who eat quickly.

4. Emotional eating!

Don't eat when you are not in the mood of eating. Eat when you are happy and feel excited for the meal you are having. Emotional eaters are 13 times more likely to be overweight. So don't eat when you don't feel like eating.
