3. Skin toning is basically done for keeping your facial pores tight, which can prevent dirt from getting into your skin and causing acne.

4. Smoking will increase skin aging and results in premature wrinkling.

5. You need regular facial massages to increase your facial blood flow which helps the formation of new cells and ridding of toxins.

6. Choose whole grain products over refined. Like brown rice. This will help improve skin health.

7. Your skin needs regular pampering and care. A good facial or refreshing face cream can help your skin look and feel great.

8. Strong soaps can remove good oils from your skin. Therefore, avoid strong soaps; instead, choose mild cleansers.

9. You can significantly decrease the redness on the marks on your face by gently applying a few drops of Visine.

10. Use olive oil to massage your facial skin often. The massage action on your skin will increase blood circulation and tone your skin.

11. Cigarette smoke depletes your body of anti-aging Vitamin C, which is a key vitamin for keeping younger skin plump, moist and healthy.

12. Remember to shower with warm water only, because hot water can dry and irritate your scalp.
