So I was just wandering around and got nothing to do.
That's why I decided to do something useful besides studying and reading.
So I came up of an idea to do a review on my Bourjois Healthy Mix Serum Foundation.
Many youtubers and bloggers blog about this product.
They said that it's good, great and awesome!
However, my personal experience and opinions on this product are slightly different than all of them.
No offense everybody:)
Just my personal thoughts on this product.
First of all, definitely I'm going to show you all a picture of this product just in case anybody still don't know yet.

So this is how it looks like in case you don't know what's it and how does it looks like.
So same as usual, if you are following me and always read and update frequently on visiting my blog, you will know that I will post what the product states and claims for before my personal opinions part.
What it claims:
Give your skin a radiance boost with Bourjois Healthy Mix Serum Foundation which is made from a vitamin-rich fruit therapy formula for an even complexion and an instant anti-fatigue result! Its fresh and instant blending gel texture and glides onto the skin for an even, natural finish with no mask effect. This foundation is the winner of the Beauty Insider's Choice for Cosmetic Executive Women UK 2012.
So everyone expects it to be a good product. Right?
Well...here's the personal opinions:)
And before that here's the swatch and how it builds and absorbs.
So guys, if you are the person which is same like me, definitely try others foundation than this.
Scent/fragrance:
Next stop is the scent of the foundation.
All I can say is,
Nice smell and fruit smell.
I don't like my skin care products or makeup with any strong smell or scent.
But this fruit smell is very nice and smells like perfumes:)
So I rate A for the scent of this foundation:)
Packaging:
The packaging of this foundation is great.
Because it has the pumps which not every foundation has.
So 1 more point for Bourjois Healthy Mix Serum Foundation.
Personally, I like foundation and toner with pumps because it's easier.
Like the Revlon's new foundation, Nearly Naked Foundation, I don't like the packaging because it doesn't have pumps and you need to pour it out.
That's bad cause maybe accidentally you'll pour more and it's a waste.
Price:
The price is consider as okay because it's not very pricey compare to others.
You can buy it in Boots for 10.99 pounds or you can order it online at ASOS for 14.82 euro. It's still cheaper than buying in Boots.
The price is still reasonable for this average foundation:)

Super bendable:
This foundation is super blendable!
I find that using fingers to blend is better than using brush or others.
It blends easily and quickly:)

I rated 7 out of 10 for this product is because there's more dislikes than likes for me.

Coverage:
First of all, this foundation is a semi-matte finish foundation which also means it gives light to medium coverage only.
It is definitely not a full coverage foundation, so if you are a person who are seeking for a full coverage and flawless complexion or you are a acne-type of person, don't buy this because you won't like it.
You need to use a concealer along with this foundation if you really wanna try it.
Shades:
There are six shades for this foundation.
51 Vanille Clair
52 Vanille
53 Beige Clair (The one I'm using)
55 Beige Fonce
56 Hale Clair
58 Hale Fonce
I know the names sound weird but these are their shades.
You can visit their website so that you can see more clearly how the shades actually are.
I'll link the website down below at the end of this post.
Skin type:
My skin type is normal to dry.
But more on dry during winter time.
So one of the reason that I purchase this foundation is that it is a gel foundation which is more suitable for dry skin people and it's definitely better than powder foundation.
It claims that it's a hypoallergenic foundation too so it is suitable for sensitive skin type of person too.
Also, you must definitely use a primer underneath your foundation.
Lasting power:
Many girls buy foundation and one of their target is that the foundation must last very long because if you are same like me then high five, I'm the person that wears makeup to school which is from the early morning at about 8am and finish school at about 4pm and I don't remove my makeup immediately after school because I'm kinda lazy and I'll wait till about evening and it's my time to bath then only I'll remove my makeup.
So I wear my makeup on daily basis and I found out that this foundation doesn't really last up to 16 hours which it claims that this foundation will gives you radiance-boosting up to 16 hours and it's a LIE!!!
You can find that there's no makeup at all on your skin after about 5 to 6 hours.
So guys, if you are the person which is same like me, definitely try others foundation than this.

DISLIKES:
1. There's no SPF in this foundation.
2. It is not long lasting foundation.
3. The shades are too less.
4. The coverage is not good for me.
5. Need a high end primer because drugstore primer won't let your (this) foundation last long.
